He holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Penn State University, along with a Bachelor's degree and a professional certificate in project management from Phoenix University.

Mr. Baffour is known for his strategic approach, leadership skills, and ability to deliver high-impact projects across sectors. He currently serves as a Board Advisor for the West Africa Women Empowerment Foundation, where he supports initiatives that promote sustainable development and empower women across the region.
